Terms of Service in North Dakota

Last Updated: 10/26/2026

What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to General Pest Control work NorthDakota Pest Solutions agrees to perform at the service address. Depending on the written estimate or service agreement, work may include inspection, treatment, and practical recommendations for common household pest concerns.

The specific pests, areas, methods, and visit schedule are limited to what the agreement identifies. Exclusion work, repairs, sanitation, wildlife removal, and specialized treatments are not included unless separately described and approved in writing.

Pesticides are applied according to their registered labels, as required by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Work is also subject to North Dakota Century Code Chapter 4.1-33, North Dakota Administrative Code Chapter 60-03-01, and applicable commercial applicator licensing requirements.

Customers must follow product-label instructions for access, storage, and disposal, including any directions given by our technician. Applicable hazardous pesticide waste must be managed properly under relevant requirements, including RCRA. We may decline or pause work if site conditions prevent safe, lawful service.

Arranging, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method we confirm with you. We will provide the planned date or arrival window and any preparation or access instructions known at booking. Please make sure an adult can provide access when needed and tell us about relevant changes to the property, pest activity, or safety conditions before the visit.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, contact us as soon as possible using the details in the contact section. Any cancellation charge or notice requirement applies only if it was disclosed and accepted in your estimate or service agreement.

Weather, unsafe conditions, or operational issues may require us to reschedule; we will contact you to arrange another time. If you request added areas, different pests, or other work outside the agreed scope, we will explain any change in service or price and obtain your approval before proceeding. A technician may defer work that cannot be completed safely or as agreed.

Quotes, Changes, and Paying for Service

An estimate describes the work and price based on the information available when it is prepared. It may depend on inspection findings, the property’s condition, access, and the requested treatment.

Unless the estimate says otherwise, it is not approval for work beyond the listed scope. Contact us with questions before accepting; approval may be given in writing or through another method stated in the estimate.

Payment is due according to the timing and method shown in the accepted estimate or service agreement. We do not state a price or payment schedule in these general terms, and no financing offer is created by this page.

If inspection reveals a need for added work, we will explain the proposed change and any additional charge and seek your approval before doing it. You are responsible for paying for authorized services under the agreed terms.

If a billing detail is unclear, please ask us before service or contact us promptly after receiving an invoice so we can review it.

What to Expect About Service Guarantees

NorthDakota Pest Solutions does not promise a particular result, a pest-free property, or a warranty period through these general terms. Any warranty, retreatment commitment, or other service guarantee applies only when it is stated in a separate written estimate or service agreement.

That writing will identify the covered work, duration, conditions, and steps for requesting service. If no written warranty is provided, no additional warranty is created by this section.

Treatment results can depend on pest activity, building conditions, sanitation, weather, and whether preparation or follow-up instructions are followed. Changes to the property or new pest entry may affect results and may require separately approved work.

A written warranty may exclude conditions outside its stated scope, including failure to provide access or follow instructions, but its actual terms control. Nothing here reduces rights that cannot legally be waived.

Please review your service paperwork and contact us if you are unsure whether a particular visit or issue is covered.

Responsibility and Limits on Claims

To the extent permitted by law, NorthDakota Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, pest activity outside the agreed treatment area, or conditions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them, and they do not excuse a failure to meet duties that cannot legally be limited.

Pesticides will be used in accordance with registered product labels and applicable requirements, including FIFRA, North Dakota Century Code Chapter 4.1-33, and North Dakota Administrative Code Chapter 60-03-01. Commercial applications are subject to applicable North Dakota licensing rules.

Customers should follow label directions and the technician’s instructions for access and safety. Applicable hazardous pesticide waste must be managed in accordance with relevant requirements, including RCRA.

Please report a concern promptly and provide details so we can review the service and the applicable agreement.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about these terms or an estimate, contact NorthDakota Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@northdakotapestsolutions.top. You may also write to 417 4th Ave N, Fargo, ND.

Please include your name, service address, and the date or description of the service so we can identify the matter. Do not email urgent safety concerns; use the appropriate emergency service when needed.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted where these terms are made available, with an effective date when appropriate.

For ongoing work, we will communicate material changes through a reasonable channel, such as email or written notice. Changes do not alter a completed service agreement unless you and we agree otherwise or the law requires it.

The version in effect when you approve an estimate or service agreement generally applies to that work, subject to any later written agreement.
